Our Connected Web Package connects your customers, and potential customers, to you with a chat bot on your website. The bot will forward any questions to you via a text, after it gathers the visitor’s name and phone number. The software will also forward messages from Facebook, InstaGram, and Google Business Profiles. Additionally, any time you miss a phone call to your business the software will initiate a text conversation with the caller and send you a notification of the missed call, including the voicemail if the caller left one, and any texts from the caller.
If that sounds like too much to keep track of, don’t worry. The software has it covered. Everything mentioned above, plus any email conversation with the customer, appears on a single, well organized screen that you can access from your computer, your tablet, or your phone.
To help your business truly realize the value of your customer base, this package includes up to 12 email and text campaigns per year, plus birthday and anniversary messages.
And you get an automated scheduling system that will integrate with your website to let clients book their own appointments.
As an additional bonus you also get a review management system to not only track and respond to reviews, but that also request reviews from your customers.
